Instructions
- Mix pork, chives, soy sauce, wine, sesame oil, ginger, pepper, and water until tacky.
- Place 1 tablespoon filling in each wrapper, moisten the edge, fold, and pleat closed.
- Set dumplings in an oiled skillet and cook over medium heat until bottoms are golden.
- Add 1/3 cup water, cover for 6 minutes, then uncover and crisp the bottoms.
