Garlic Edamame recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 lb frozen edamame in pods
  • 1 tbsp neutral oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp chile flakes
  • Flaky salt

Instructions

  1. Boil edamame in salted water for 4 minutes and drain well.
  2. Heat oil and fry garlic until pale golden.
  3. Add edamame, soy sauce, sesame oil, and chile flakes; toss over high heat for 2 minutes.
  4. Finish with a small pinch of flaky salt and serve hot.
